Haymaker’s Punch
6 cups Water
1.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Charred Oak & Maple Syrup
1.5 oz Ginger Citrus Mixer
Mix all ingredients in punch bowl. Let sit overnight in the fridge. Ladle into highball glasses full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
Paso Pimms Cup
2 oz Pimms
1 oz Gin
.5 Fresh Lemon
1.5 oz Ginger Citrus Mixer
3 oz Seltzer/Prosecco
Mint
Strawberry
Muddle mint and strawberry with Pimms liqueur and gin. Add lemon juice and mixer. Shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass and top up with seltzer or Prosecco. Garnish with cucumber.
Pit Master
2 oz Tequila
.5 oz Fresh Lemon
.5 oz Ginger Citrus Mixer
1 tsp Chipotle Puree
4 Lime Wheels (thinly sliced)
Muddle lime in a shaker. Add all other ingredients and shake with ice. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with red pepper and beef jerky.
Paradisi Cordial
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
1.5 Brandy
.5 oz Dry Curacao
.5 oz Fresh Lemon
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
Springtime Spritz
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
.5 oz Fresh Lemon
Sparkling Wine
Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker on ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon peel.
Sea Salted Paloma
2 oz Blanco Tequila
1.5 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3-4 oz Seltzer
Shake first three ingredients with ice and pour into a Collins glass.
Add seltzer and garnish with a lime wedge.
French Tart
2 oz Gin
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice.
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with lemon wheel.
Derby Day
2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer
1 tsp Honey
Shake with ice and strain to a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
Heat Check
1 oz Blood Orange Chili Pepper Mixer
2 oz Vodka
.75 oz Lemon
1 Serrano Pepper
Seltzer
Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker on ice. Slice a serrano and muddle two slices into the shaker. Shake all on ice and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with another slice of pepper and lemon peel.
Desert Sands
1 oz Blood Orange Chili Pepper Mixer
.75 oz Fresh Lime
2 oz Bourbon
Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange peel.
