Blackberry Pomegranate Margarita
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime.
Smoke & Berries
1.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Celery Bitters
2 oz Vodka
Hickory Smoke (to taste)
Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Smoke with hickory smoke to desired taste.
Garnish with dried lime wheel.
Berry Julep
2 oz Bourbon
.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
6 pieces Fresh Mint
Muddle mint with bourbon in a shaker. Add ice and mixer. Shake and strain into a julep cup or rocks glass. Garnish with mint.
Paso Club
1.5 oz Gin
.5 oz Dry Vermouth
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
1 Egg White (or substitute)
Dry shake the spirits, lemon juice, and egg white. Add ice, shake again, and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with mint.
Lavender Honey Sidecar
1 oz Lavender Honey Mixer
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Brandy or Cognac
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a coupe with a sugar coated rim. Garnish with an orange twist.
Lavender Honey Margarita

Lavender Whiskey Sour
1 oz Yes Lavender Honey Mixer
2 oz Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Aromatic Bitters
Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker. Dry shake, then add ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over a single cube. Dash bitters in the foamy top.
Lady Lavender
1 oz Yes Lavender Honey Mixer
2.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Yes Real Pomegranate Grenadine
1 oz Vodka
Seltzer
Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a collins glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with a lemon wheel and lavender sprig.
Flower Buzz
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lavender Honey Mixer
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Dry shake gin, lemon juice, egg white. Add ice and mixer. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with mint.
French Quarter
1.5 oz Brandy
.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz. Ruby Port
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Rhubarb Vanilla
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain over ice into a Hurricane
glass and garnish with lemon peel.
