Return Of The Mack

Ingredients:
2 oz Blended Aged Rum
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Ginger Citrus
.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Seltzer

Shake all ingredients save the seltzer in a shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with the seltzer and garnish with a mint leaf.

Fog Cutter

Ingredients:
1 oz Pisco
1/2 oz Gin
2 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum
1/2 oz Oloroso Sherry
1.5 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Orange Juice
0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup

Combine all ingredients save the sherry in a cocktail shaker, fill your it 1/3 way with crushed ice, and shake briefly. Pour the contents of the shaker into a tiki mug and top with crushed ice.
Top off with the sherry and garnish with mint sprig and swizzle stick.

Kir Royale

Ingredients
0.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
5 – 6 oz Champagne

Pour the mixer into the bottom of a champagne flute, top off with champagne, and stir gently. Garnish with a dried lemon wheel.

The Yes Flamingo

Ingredients:
2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Mixer

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

Rose 75

1 oz Hibiscus Rose Cocktail Mixer
1 oz Gin
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Sparkling Wine

shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a flute and top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

Floral Spritz

1 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer
2 oz Vodka
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2-3 oz Seltzer.

Shake the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a ice filled collins glass. Top off with seltzer. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

Hibiscus Rose Margarita

1 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Tequila

Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Soarin’

1.75 oz Gin
.5 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 oz Creme de Violette

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

Wild Hibiscus Sour

2 oz Rye Whiskey
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Hibiscus Rose Mixer
1 Egg White (or substitute)
1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Dry shake the rye whiskey, lemon juice, and egg white. Add ice, shake, and strain into a chilled coupe. Add bitters on top. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.

The Vincent

1 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1.5 oz Brandy or Cognac

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with dried lemon wheel.
