Hot Blooded

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Blood Orange & Chili Pepper Mixer
2 oz Gin
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Cointreau

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a Dried Orange Garnish or chili pepper.

Mule In The Berry Patch

Ingredients:

1 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz Vodka
Ginger Beer
Fresh Mint

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add the mixer, lime, and vodka. Shake and strain into a mule mug over ice. Top off with a spicy ginger beer, and garnish with a mint sprig.

Berry Patch Mojito

Ingredients:

2 oz Rum
1.5 oz Blackberry Pomegranate Mixer
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Fresh Mint
Seltzer

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint. Add there ingredients with ice and shake. Pour into a collins glass and top off with seltzer. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

Tonic Spritz

Ingredients:
1 oz Any Yes Cocktail Co. Tonic Syrup
1 oz Vodka
2 oz Champagne
2 oz Club Soda

Combine the vodka and Tonic Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a champagne flute, add the champagne, and top off with club soda. Use a wine glass and add ice for warmer days!

Jimenador’s Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Tonic Syrup (California Citrus, Silk Road, or Superbloom)
Water

Stir to combine the tequila and syrup, and add ice and water to taste.

– California Citrus Tonic Syrup: More of the traditional orange flavor you may expect in an old fashioned, but a bit nippier. Add a splash of lime for an extra kick,
– Silk Road Tonic Syrup: A sweet and spicy old fashioned, that both balances and highlights your tequila.
– Superbloom Tonic Syrup: A lighter, peppier version. Floral notes pair well with the agave to make a slightly more tart old fashioned.

All will bring the citrus and bitter flavors you would expect from a good OF!

The Fly Away

Ingredients:
1½ oz. Amaro Ciociaro
½ oz. Fernet-Branca
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Yes Co. Old Fashioned Cube
2 oz. Chilled Pale Ale

Muddle the cube and amaro in a shaker. Add the fernet and lemon juice to the shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a snifter filled with large ice cubes. Top off with beer and garnish with a mint sprig.

The Bitter Housewife

Ingredients:
1 oz. Aperol
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz. Passionfruit Syrup
5-6 oz. Pilsner

Combine all ingredients in a chilled collins glass, topping off with the beer. Gently stir and garnish with a Yes Cocktail Co. Dried Lemon Wheel.

La Mordedura

Ingredients:
1 oz. Mezcal
1 oz. Reposado Tequila
¾ oz. Yes Co. Ginger Citrus mixer
½ oz. Honey
¾ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 Cucumber Wheels
Light Lager or Pilsner

Muddle the cucumber wheels in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the honey and Ginger Citrus Mixer. Add the lime, tequila and mezcal. Shake with ice and strain into a clean pilsner glass over fresh ice. Top of with the beer. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.

Mai-TaIPA

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz. IPA
1 oz. Aged Rum
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz. Orgeat Syrup
½ oz. Orange Curaçao

Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks or Collins glass. Garnish with Yes Cocktail Co. Boozy Cherries.

Lavender Lemonade Shandy

Ingredients:
1 oz Lavender Honey Cocktail Mixer
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3 oz Water
6 oz Pale Ale or IPA

Combine first three ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled beer glass before topping off with the beer or your choice. Give it a little stir an enjoy!
