Rhubarb Colada
2 oz Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
.75 oz Coconut cream
.75 oz rhubarb vanilla
.25 oz Lime Juice
1 barspoon Amaro
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice.
Harvest Moon
Ingredients:
1 oz Cranberry Spice Mixer
2 oz Rye Whiskey
0.74 ox Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a Dried Lemon Wheel.
Holiday Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Cranberry Spice Mixer
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz Vodka
Combine all ingredients in a cocktails shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass.
Classic Hot Buttered Rum
Ingredients:
3 tsp. Hot Buttered Rum Mix
1.5 oz Blended Aged Rum
6 oz Hot Water
Combine the mix and rum in a mug. Add hot water an stir until well combined. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Tip: Add cream or coconut milk to taste!
Hot Buttered Rum Caramel Corn
Ingredients:
1/4 cup popcorn kernels/ 1 bag unsalted microwave popcorn
1/4 cup Hot Buttered Rum Mix
1 tbs. Water
Salt
Pop the popcorn and set aside. In a small pan, stir the Hot Buttered Rum and water on low heat until the mixture is mostly dissolved. Stop stirring and allow the mixture to heat until it has bubbled all the way over the surface and remove from heat. (Stirring in this phase will create a mixture too thick to make a good sauce!) Pour over your popcorn and stir to combine. Salt to taste and enjoy!
Tip: Try this same sauce on roasted pumpkin seeds!
Sleepy Time Steamer
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Lavender Honey Mixer
8 oz Milk
Heat milk and combine with mixer in a mug.
Sweet Almond Hot Cocoa
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Orgeat Syrup
1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
8 oz hot water/milk.
Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir. Garnish with marshmallows.
Holiday Ginger Beer
Ingredients:
0.75 oz Ginger Snap Mixer
0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Soda Water
Combine the mixer and juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice, and top off with soda.
Adult Version: Add a shot of spirit, and garnish with Dried Lime Wheel.
Shirley Temple
Ingredients:
1 oz Grenadine Syrup
8 oz Lemon-Lime Soda
Pour grenadine over ice and top off with the soda. Stir to mix, garnish with maraschino cherries!
