1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce Yes passion fruit syrup,
1/4 oz Yes grenadine
Combine all ingredients in a shaker on ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe.

1 oz Mezcal
1 oz Tequila Blanco
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Yes Coffee Syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass on the rocks.
The Decameron
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Sea Salted Grapefruit & Agave Cocktail Mixer
4 oz Rose wine
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1/2 oz seltzer
In a wine glass with filled with ice, combine first four ingredients and stir to combine. Â Top with seltzer to taste. Â Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Ultimate Espresso Martini
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Fresh brewed espresso or cold brew concentrate
.5 oz Coffee Liqueur (I.E. Kahlua)

1 oz Genever Gin

2 dashes Aromatic Bitters

.75 oz Jamaican Rum
.75 oz cynar
.5 oz Elderflower Liquer

.75 Lime Juice
2 oz Rye Whiskey
.25 oz Orange Peel and Bitters
