5-6 oz brewed black tea
1 oz Stone Pine & Satsuma Mixer
Rim glass with fine cane sugar.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1.5 oz blended aged rum
.75 Yes Ginger Snap
.5 oz Tawny port
.25 Lemon Juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
Polynesian Remedy
- 1.75 Dark Rum
- .5 oz orgeat
- .25 Yes Ginger Citrus
- .5 Honey Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon juice
- 4 dashes scotch
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into your favorite tiki mug filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and dusting of nutmeg.
Fizzy Lifting Drink
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz white vermouth
- 1 oz Rhubarb Vanilla
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes peychauds bitters
- Club Soda
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until chilled (10 seconds). Strain into a rocks glass with ice. Top up with club soda, if desired.
